A Simple Game of Cards Quiz Answers Part 1/3

This simple card game is all about matching colours and symbols – but there are a few special cards that can change the game! After a very short tutorial where the rules are explained you can jump right in!

1. The goal of the game is to lose your cards. You can play any card that matches either the colour or the symbol of the top card in the discard pile (A or C in the example below). If none of the cards in your hand match, you have to draw a new card.

2. Special cards: When the Reverse Card is played, the direction of play changes. The Skip Card forces the next player to forfeit their turn unless they can counter with another Skip Card. Both cards can be played if they match the colour or the symbol on the top card of the discard pile.

3. Special cards: The Wild Card matches all regular cards (NOT Reverse, Skip or Wild +4 cards). You pick the next colour to be played. The same applies to the Wild +4 Card; in addition, the next player must draw four cards and skip their turn. Wild +4 can ONLY be played when no other cards in your hand match the top card of the discard pile.
